1.1 Do you ship or deliver plants?
We do not ship or deliver plants. Orders placed online are available for pickup at our nursery Thursday-Saturday 9AM-3PM. All customers and staff are required to wear a face covering and maintain social distancing in the sales yard and Theodore Payne Foundation parking area.
2.1 Which mail delivery service do you use?
We ship orders via United States Postal Service, with First Class or Priority mailing options. We do not ship with other delivery services.
3.1 Will I receive an order confirmation via email?
Yes. If you provide your email address when placing an order, we will send you an email message confirming your order within a few hours.
4.1 Are TPF's store and nursery open?
The nursery, bookstore, grounds and restrooms are currently closed to the public. For general inquiries, please call us at (818) 768-1802.
