In-Store Pickup
Explore our diverse and ever-changing selection of California native plants, and purchase online for in-store pickup. Our team will have your plant selections waiting for a contact-free purchasing experience.
1. PURCHASE PLANTS ONLINE
Place your order online and select in-store pickup at checkout. You will receive an email confirming your order and payment. PLEASE DO NOT COME TO TPF TO PICK UP YOUR ORDER UNTIL YOU RECEIVE A SECOND EMAIL CONFIRMING YOUR ORDER IS READY.
2. RECEIVE EMAIL CONFIRMATION
When your order is ready for pickup, you will receive email confirmation. Typically our team will be able to fulfill your order within 72 hours. However, this is subject to change. Again, please do not drive up to TPF until you receive this second email confirming your order is ready to be picked up.
3. IN-STORE PICKUP
Once you receive email confirmation that your order is ready, it will be available for pickup at our nursery Thursday-Saturday between the hours of 9AM-3PM. When you arrive at TPF, follow signs to our pickup area and one of our team will be there to assist you. Please bring a copy of your purchase receipt (printed or on your mobile device). We will have your order ready for your contact-free purchase.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- All customers and our staff are required to wear a face covering and must maintain social distancing in the parking area and sales yard.
- Orders must be picked up within two weeks of receiving email confirmation that your order is ready. Any order which has not been picked up within this two-week time frame will be refunded minus a 25% restocking fee.
- We DO NOT ship or deliver plants.
Return Policy
If any plant on your order is unavailable you will be automatically refunded. During in-person pickup if you are unsatisfied with any part or all of your order, we can refund you. Once your items have left the nursery we do not offer returns or refunds.
